Our clinic coordinator reviews your enquiry and matches it to the right clinician. We respond within one business day with availability, any pre-consultation preparation, and a brief introduction.
Initial consultation
Your first appointment is a private, unhurried conversation — typically 30–45 minutes. We discuss your history, your goals, and whether the treatment is right for you. No treatment happens at this stage unless both parties agree it is appropriate.
Your treatment plan
After your consultation, we provide a written treatment plan — including recommended protocols, estimated investment, preparation requirements, and aftercare expectations. You choose whether and when to proceed.

Yes. Your first consultation with a Royal Cosmetic Clinic clinician is complimentary and without obligation. We offer it because we believe the right decision starts with the right information — not a booking deposit.
All enquiries are reviewed and responded to within one business day. If your enquiry is urgent — for example, post-treatment concern or time-sensitive skin event — please note this and we will prioritise your response accordingly.
Yes. If you have an existing relationship with one of our practitioners, or have a preference based on their speciality, please mention this in your enquiry. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
No specific preparation is required for a first consultation. If you have a history of previous treatments at other clinics, any results or treatment notes are useful context. If you are currently using prescription topicals (retinoids, antibiotics, etc.), bring a list. Our team will guide everything else.
No special preparation is needed for the consultation itself. Arrive with your natural skin if possible — no heavy makeup — so we can assess accurately. Full treatment preparation guidance is provided after your plan is agreed.
You can make an enquiry on behalf of someone else, but the clinical consultation must involve the intended patient directly. We are unable to assess suitability or prescribe treatment plans without speaking with the patient in person or via video.
