Advanced Microneedling Masterclass
This masterclass is designed for practitioners who already hold a foundational microneedling qualification and want to move into the advanced clinical tier — combining regenerative actives, multi-pass protocols, and evidence-based patient selection criteria. Delivered across 3 intensive days at the Royal Cosmetic Clinic training suite, the programme places equal emphasis on hands-on technique and the clinical reasoning behind every decision. You will leave with the protocols, the confidence, and the visual vocabulary to deliver reproducible outcomes at an advanced level.

Curriculum.
Day 1 — Clinical Foundations & Patient Assessment
Full daySkin anatomy review, Fitzpatrick typing and PIH risk stratification, consent and photography standards, contraindication mapping, and pre-treatment skin preparation protocols.
Day 2 — Advanced Technique & Actives Integration
Full dayNeedle depth selection by zone, multi-pass technique, supportive serum use, hyaluronic acid boosters, and supervised hands-on live model practice.
Day 3 — Combination Protocols & Case Study Review
Full daySequential microneedling + chemical peel planning, treating acne scarring, pigmentation and laxity as primary concerns, case study review panel, and post-treatment recovery protocol design.

Minimum 12 months clinical practice in aesthetics
Current foundational microneedling certification
Current CPR/First Aid certification
Indemnity insurance cover for the training period

Yes. This is an advanced programme and requires a current foundational microneedling certification. If you are new to microneedling, please enquire about our foundational pathways before booking this course.
Yes. Day 2 includes supervised hands-on practice on live models sourced by the clinic. You will complete a minimum of 2 full treatment sessions under direct trainer supervision.
All course materials, equipment for training days, consumables, post-training digital resource pack, and your certificate are included. Travel and accommodation are not included.
